A re-subdivision of Mid-Way Acres, Unit 2, Lot 5, at the northwest corner of the intersection of Macaw Lane and Meadowlark Street in Northeast Quarter of Section 23, Township 17 South, Range 37 East, N.M.P.M., Lea County, New Mexico.
