The LEA COUNTY PLANNING & ZONING BOARD will hold a Public Hearing and Meeting on Wednesday, May 18, 2022 at 9:30 A.M. at the Lea County Courthouse in the Commission Chambers located at 100 North Main, Lovington, New Mexico. The Public Hearing will be held on a Consideration of Final Plat Approval for Prosise Land Division Subdivision, a type three-A (3A) subdivision, in the Southwest Quarter of Section 20, Township 17 South, Range 38 East, N.M.P.M., Lea County, New Mexico located east of Bensing Road at the southeast corner in the intersection with Jones Road. Plus, a Minimum Average Lot Size Variance for Lovelady-Woodfin Subdivision, Unit 1, Lot B1 in Southwest Quarter of Section 10, Township 18 South, Range 38 East, N.M.P.M., Lea County, New Mexico located southeast corner of Lovelady Road and Cochran Street. Also, a re-subdivision of Mid-Way Acres, Unit 2, Lot 6, at the intersection of Macaw Lane and Meadowlark Street in Northeast Quarter of Section 23, Township 17 South, Range 37 East, N.M.P.M., Lea County, New Mexico A copy of the agenda can be obtained from the Lea County Website www.leacounty.net or the County Manager’s Office at 575.396.8602 seventy-two (72) hours prior to the meeting.
