The LEA COUNTY PLANNING & ZONING BOARD will hold a Public Hearing and Meeting on Tuesday, December 13, 2022 at 9:30 A.M. at the Lea County Courthouse in the Commission Chambers located at 100 North Main, Lovington, New Mexico. The Public Hearing will be held to approve Sarcore Subdivision, a type 3A subdivision, located in the Northwest Quarter of Section 9, Township 18 South, Range 38 East, N.M.P.M. in Lea County New Mexico, east on Ja-Rob and south of College Lane Street. A variance for Desert Vista Subdivision to dedicated a right-of-way without building the road located in the West half of Section 33, Township 17 South, Range 38 East, N.M.P.M. in Lea County New Mexico, better known as the dip area on the west side of Rolling Meadows Street. A Setback Variance for Block 12 in Camino Del Norte Subdivision in Section 33, Township 17 South, Range 38 East between Lewellen and Tomlinson Streets.
