The LOVINGTON - LEA COUNTY EXTRATERRITORIAL ZONING AUTHORITY will hold a Meeting on Thursday, April 8, 2021 at 5:30 P.M. at the Lea County Courthouse in the Commission Chambers located at 100 North Main, Lovington, New Mexico. The meeting will be for Zoning changes from residential to commercial in Section 32, Township 15 South, Range 36 East, Lea County, New Mexico, located at 2802 Mawpat Road, the intersection of Mawpat Road and Six Shooter Road; Chavez Addition Unit 2 Block 29 and residential to Industrial in Lot 1 Divine Subdivision Section 2, Township 16 South, Range 36 East, Lea County, New Mexico located on NM Highway 83 just east of the Schwan’s warehouse. A copy of the agenda can be obtained from the Lea County Website www.leacounty.net or the County Manager’s Office at 575.396.8602 seventy-two (72) hours prior to the meeting.
