The LEA COUNTY PLANNING & ZONING BOARD will hold a Public Hearing and Meeting on Tuesday, September 8, 2020 at 9:30 A.M. at the Lea County Courthouse in the Commission Chambers located at 100 North Main, Lovington, New Mexico. The Public Hearing will be for the Mesquite Draw Subdivision in Section 31, Township 17 South, Range 38 East, Lea County, New Mexico. Located between Matt Drive and Bensing Road. The site is ½ mile west of Bensing Road and ¼ mile east of Matt Drive on Alabama Street. A Variance request for maximum block length in a subdivision.
