Information Technology

It is the responsibility of the Information Technology Department to maintain and protect county information. Whether that information is located in a database, document, email, or in a phone conversation it is our responsibility to ensure the servers, computers, network equipment and phone systems are all operational and secure. We support over 300 network users, plus 3rd party companies and the general public. We also maintain over 1,000 networked computers, printers, and devices in several locations across Lea County.

Gina Davis is a specialist for the Lea County Detention Center. Her support at this modern facility is vital to provide the services and security both for the inmates and Lea County employees.

Gary Hassen specializes in law enforcement duties. The technology used by the Lea County Sheriff’s department is a modern marvel. His skills ensure that deputies scattered all over the county have access to the secure information resources they need to protect the citizens of Lea County.

David Kline's computer repair skills are valued by all county offices. With his office located in the courthouse he is available for all types of calls for service and support.
