Information Technology

The Information Technology Department maintains and protects your information. Whether that information is located in a database, document, email, or in a phone conversation it is our responsibility to ensure the servers, computers, network equipment and phone systems are all maintained and up to date.

The “IT” department supports over 300 network users, plus 3rd party companies and the general public. Our duties include maintaining over 1,000 networked computers, printers, and devices.

At present the department consists of 1 administrator (Robert Lathrop) and 3 technicians (Gina Albaugh, Gary Hassen and David Kline).

Gina Albaugh - is a specialist for the Lea County Detention Center. Her support at that modern facility is vital to provide the services and security both for the inmates and Lea County employees.

Gary Hassen – specializes in law enforcement duties. The technology used by the Lea County Sheriff’s department is modern marvel. His skills ensure that deputies scattered all over the county have access to secure information resources they need to protect the citizens of Lea County.

David Kline - is our newest staff member. His computer repair skills are valued by all county offices. With his office located in the court house he is available for all types of calls for service and support.
