Hours of Operation:

Monday - Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Friday 7:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

 

DWI Program

  • Mandatory alcohol screening will take approximately 1 hour
  • Screening cost of $100 – U.S. Money Orders Only
  • Must bring court documentation including Judgment and Sentence
  • Supervised probation fees of $30 per month - U.S. Money Orders Only

 

Minor in Possession Program

  • Mandatory alcohol screening will take approximately 1 hour
  • Screening cost of $100 - U.S. Money Orders Only
  • Under 18 years old must bring parent or guardian
  • Must bring court documentation
  • Supervised probation fees of $30 per month - U.S. Money Orders Only

 

Misdemeanor Compliance Program

  • Mandatory alcohol screening will take approximately 1 hour
  • Screening cost of $60.00 - U.S. Money Orders Only
  • Must bring court documentation including Judgment and Sentence
  • Supervised probation fees of $30 per month - U.S. Money Orders Only

Spanish screenings available.
Screening fee payment plan available for those who qualify.

Remaining alcohol and drug free while in our program is mandatory. We will require a breath test and/or drug test if we suspect you have been drinking or using drugs when you enter our offices.
