Election Information

LICENSE FEE:

License Fee - $25.00, must be cash, no checks or credit cards

AGE REQUIREMENTS:

18 years of age or older with: ID required (Driver's license, birth certificate or student ID with birth date)
16 to 18 years of age requires: parent's consent - parent must also have ID; or a district court order

 

No blood test required   No waiting period

 

Office is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm   The couple is responsible for contacting a minister, priest or judge to perform the marriage ceremony.   License must be returned to County Clerk within 90 days of marriage ceremony.
