Departmental Mission: It is the Mission of the Probate Judge to help with estate planning, filing informal probates, perform weddings, notary public service, and help heir's with questions regarding deeds, wills, trusts, and other estate matters.
Departmental Goals: It is my goal to be available to the public in whatever capacity I can with regards to probates and life planning.
Departmental Strategy: I feel I can accomplish this goal by constant continuing education and studying the laws concerning estate administration.
Departmental Objectives: I will continue to be available to the public to help in any matters regarding life and probate planning. I will continue to improve my knowledge and continue to assist the public in all matters that I have the capacity and sworn duty to offer. If questions should be outside the perimeter of my capacity I will advise the client to seek professional legal advice.
