TO VOTE ABSENTEE 1. Obtain Application from County Clerk - call 396-8624 or toll free 866-254-2735 for an application form or send a written request to P.O. Box 1507, Lovington, NM 88260. 2. Complete the application form and return it to the County Clerk - An Absentee Ballot will be mailed to you the same day the Clerk receives the completed application. 3. Vote, sign and return the ballot to the County Clerk's office before 7:00 pm, June 3, 2008. |
